Very acceptable quality for the price… Leapers class this as their New Gen 4-Point Locking Deluxe rifle scope mount for M14/M1A weapons. The ring mount is hand fitted to the base. The entire scope/rings assembly simply slides onto the base and tightens as its moved forward. The lever is there to tighten it a bit, but its more for releasing the mount. You don't want to put much pressure on the lever, it could break and a replacement may be almost impossible to find.
